Yup. I sure am missing me some of that Home Slice Bakery nestled in the valley just outside of Dubois, Wyoming. The aura. The aroma. The view of the river and mountains from the picture window in the kitchen. And am missing your croissants with their first bite of crisp that gives way to flake and flavor. I am tasting them vicariously.
